Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support function to superior
Coordinate and make arrangement for appointments, meetings, travel and reservation, maintaining record and files.
Assist in administrative work
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Drafting communications on your boss’s behalf
Taking action points and writing minutes
Preparing papers for meetings
Ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Corporate Communication Teamwork and co-operation
Attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of both written and spoken Malay and English
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor
5 days work per week.
